Love and Theft's Eric Gunderson recently became a first-time homeowner with his wife Emily. The two have spent a lot of time making the house their home which they share with their precious 7-month-old baby boy Camden.
Well now that Gunderson has a yard with a lawn, he has been spending much of his free time at home working on the landscaping, which has scored him major points with his new neighbors!
"Eric just got Lawn of the Month in his neighborhood," his Love and Theft duo partner Stephen Barker Liles beams to Roughstock. "He spent a lot of money on it, and it looks really good!"
While the title isn't an actual award, Gunderson will take the kind gesture!
"I am kind of obsessive when it comes to lawns, especially when it’s mine," he reveals. "I spent like $3,000 on fertilizer and seeds and put together my own little mixture. I literally spent hours on my hands and knees picking weeds. I can’t wait for the spring when I can do it again!"
