The album is named after the lead single from the project, "Drinks After Work," the only song on the project not written or co-written by Toby (Outside his cover of "Margaritaville" which features Sammy Hagar). The album's co-writers include longtime collaborators Scotty Emerick, Bobby Pinson and Rivers Rutherford.
