There's one thing Kellie Pickler knows much about, and that's picking hits for singles. The country star is gearing up to release her latest single, "Little Bit Gypsy," to radio this week. The tune will be featured on her debut album with new label home, Black River Entertainment.

"Little Bit Gypsy" was produced by Frank Liddell and Luke Wooten, and is digitally available on iTunes and Amazon's websites.

“‘Little Bit Gypsy’ represents the Kellie Pickler the world has come to know and love,” says Black River’s VP of Promotion, Bill Macky. “It’s fun, full of energy and has a free-spirit attitude. We’re excited to take this to country radio.”

The tune is extra special in Pickler's household as her husband, Kyle Jacobs co-wrote the song along with Tammi Kidd Hutton and Fred Wihelm. The singer feels "Little Bit Gypsy" is a lighthearted song that mirrors her life.

“It's a fun song and the lyrics are clearly me,” Pickler notes. “My husband wrote it, and he didn't really know what he was signing up for when we got together. I love that it starts off, 'Boy, there's a few things you need to know about me before you let your sweet heart get in too deep.'”
