The tune is the lead single from Bryan's forthcoming new album, also titled Crash My Party, which will hit stores on Tuesday, August 13. The song marks Bryan's seventh time reaching the No. 1 slot with other hits including "Drunk on You" and "I Don't Want This Night to End," as well as Jason Aldean's recent chart-topping "The Only Way I Know," which Bryan and Eric Church both lended their vocals on to make it a smash hit for all three artists.
“Crash My Party,” penned by Rodney Clawson and Ashley Gorley, has also set the record for largest single week audience total at Billboard. Billboard switched from "spins" to "audience" in 2005, and this week’s total of 45.5 million is the largest total since 2005. Bryan is currently out on the road with Thompson Square and Florida Georgia Line on his headlining Dirt Road Diaries Tour.
