The day Cassadee Pope has been anticipating is finally here ... the release of her debut music video! The video for "Wasting All These Tears" made its debut on both CMT and CMT.com today, but starting tomorrow (July 18), the video s airing across VEVO (and Roughstock).
"Wasting All These Tears" was filmed in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood and was directed by Brian Lazzaro. The storyline is based around surviving a painful discovery, swinging from carefree scenes of young love to the breathless moments of deceit.
The song and video is Pope's first single on her new label home, Republic Nashville. The tune became an instant hit for The Voice Season 3 singer, claiming the top position on the iTunes Country Singles Chart upon its initial release. "Wasting All These Tears" will be one of the many new tracks found on Pope's debut album slated for release in October.
