This week we take some quick looks at new/upcoming Country Radio singles from Florida Georgia Line, Thompson Square, Andy Gibson, Angie Johnson, Cassadee Pope, Kree Harrison, Rosehill, Joel Crouse, Cody Bryan Band and Ashley Monroe (Feat. Little Big Town).
THOMPSON SQUARE - "EVERYTHING I SHOULDN’T BE THINKING ABOUT" (Stoney Creek):
Fun and flirty....Quick rise to the top....Pure fun!
Listen to "Everything I Shouldn't Be Thinkin' About" here
ANDY GIBSON - "BEST THING" (Curb):
Been a fan of this guy since he first came out. It’s all for fun and all for love! Enjoy!
CASSADEE POPE - "WASTING ALL THESE TEARS" (Republic Nashville)
Seductive yet sweet. Simple yet complex. A star is born.
Listen to "Wasting All These Tears" here
CODY BRYAN BAND - "IF I’M GOING NOWHERE" (CBB)
Fresh and fun sound. Has a nice flow that should translate well to airwaves.
Listen to "If I'm Going Nowhere" here
FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE - "ROUND HERE" (Republic Nashville):
FGL slows things down just a touch on their third single, but the attitude that has marked their previous singles is there.
ANGIE JOHNSON - "SING FOR YOU" (Sony):
Having lived the Military life, the former “Voice” star sounds right at home on this powerful cut.
ASHLEY MONROE (FEAT. LITTLE BIG TOWN) - "YOU GOT ME":
Haunting, gripping performance from possibly Nashville’s best female vocalist. And Little Big Town’s harmonies don’t exactly hurt.
KREE HARRISON - "ALL CRIED OUT" (19/Interscope):
Nashville has been ready for Kree since the first few weeks of American Idol, and she doesn’t disappoint with this traditional-tinged ballad that shows her range to the nth degree.
Listen to "All Cried Out" here
ROSEHILL - "DID YOU EVER TURN AROUND" (Tenacity)
Harmonies are air-tight. Band has been paying dues for awhile. Could this one make the mark? It deserves to!
Official "Did You Ever Turn Around" Video To Debut on Roughstock on Wednesday, May 28!
JOEL CROUSE - "IF YOU WANT SOME" (Show Dog-Universal)
Funky. Gets better as it goes along.....Plenty of personality...
