Darius Rucker Reveals All-Star Lineup For Annual "Darius and Friends" Benefit Concert During the 2013 CMA Music Festival

This coming Monday (June 3), Darius Rucker is gearing up to take the stage at the world-famous Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville, TN to host his fourth annual Darius and Friends benefit concert. This year, Rucker is bringing along the likes of Luke Bryan, Sam Bush, John Cowan, Radney Foster, Dustin Lynch and Justin Moore as part of the event that benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
 
“I always look forward to this event each year, and I’m so happy to have Luke, Sam, John, Randy, Dustin, Justin, and of course my hero, Radney, join me to help raise funds for St. Jude,” says Rucker. “A few years ago, I visited the St. Jude campus in Memphis, and instantly became a ‘true believer’ in everyone there and the work they do to help treat kids and cure disease. I am happy to help raise funds for such a worthwhile cause and thrilled that some of my friends can join me.”
 
Darius and Friends has been the official unofficial "kickoff" to the CMA Music Festival for the past four years. The festival runs June 6-June 9, but some artists throw their own private parties for their fans prior to the main event getting underway. Since its inception, Darius and Friends has grown to include a charity auction and a celebrity golf tournament and has raised more than $225,000 for St. Jude's. This year's tournament is set for Tuesday, June 4. Celebrity golfers will include Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts, Colt Ford, JT Hodges, Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum, Dustin Lynch, Justin Moore, David Nail, NASCAR Hall of Famer Darrell Waltrip and more.
