Travis Tritt's daughter gave her pops the best Father's Day present of all ... her voice on his forthcoming new single to be released this summer. Tyler Reese, Tritt's beautiful 15-year-old daughter, duets with her famous father on his first new single in six years titled "Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough." The tune, which is a remake of the Patty Smyth and Don Henley duet, will appropriately be released on June 16 -- Father's Day.

The song was originally recorded for Tritt's 2007 album, The Storm, but the track was shelved when they were unable to find a suitable duet partner for the song. Last year, Tritt received ownership of the album's masters from his former label, and eventually found the perfect voice for the song without having to look outside his own family.

"Last year we were driving home from a wedding in Florida when the song came up on my iPod," Tritt says. "My 15-year-old daughter Tyler Reese had never heard the song, and she started singing along in the backseat. When it ended she made me play it again five or six more times. I was listening, but didn't say anything.

"When we got home, I told my wife that I thought Tyler Reese could really do a great job on this song," continues the proud father. "We agreed, and I took her in the studio to sing her parts. I know I sound like a biased parent, but she's got a lot of talent and charisma. The recording speaks for itself. She really nailed it."

"Sometimes Love Ain't Enough" is the first single from Tritt's upcoming re-release of the album. An accompanying video for the song is slated to be release in the coming months.

Tritt is currently on the road playing all across the country, following his highly successful solo-acoustic tour he embarked on last year.
