“It was one of those lines that stood out to me because it represents so many things that embodied my debut album,” notes Rose. “It's a confident statement about all the cuts on the album, and it’s also is a statement saying I have cut out a place for myself as an artist that is different and unique.”
Helping Rose out on the production side of things are Nashville’s finest – James Stroud and Blake Chancey, along with Stephony Smith who lent her hand on two tracks on the record.
Following the success of her Top 25 single, “I Ain’t Your Mama,” Maggie Rose’s second release from the album will be “Better.” The tune will ship to country radio on February 25.
