Country Chart News: Top 30 Digital Singles: The Week of September 5, 2012 - Taylor Swift's Latest Platinum Single #1 Again

It took her only three weeks to land a Platinum selling single for "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," yet another remarkable achievement for Taylor Swift. Read on to learn about new single debuts for Darius Rucker, Randy Rogers Band and more on this digital single rundown.

Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” sold another 253,000 copies this week bringing her to 1.18 million singles sold in three weeks. Little Big Town’s recent Digital #1 also scored a #1 slot for the veteran quartet on the airplay charts, their first ever #1 hit. They’ve now sold 1.12 albums while Carrie Underwood’s “Blown Away” has now moved 663,000 copies and sits at #3. In fact the entire Top 5 this week are slotted exactly as they were last week. Hunter Hayes’ “Wanted” (now #3 on the airplay chart this week) is #4 digitally this week with sales over 1.15 million sold. Rounding out the Top 5 is Jason Aldean’s “Take A Little Ride” now having sold 581,000.

Lee Brice’s “Hard To Love” and Dustin Lynch’s “Cowboys And Angels” Are Gold Singles

This week’s #6 single, Lee Brice’s “Hard To Love” has now sold 567,000 while Florida Georgia Line moves up to #7 from #11 last week with the fast-rising single “Cruise.” The Big Loud Mountain/Republic Nashville duo has now sold 307,000 copies while Dustin Lynch’s Cowboys & Angels sits at #8 (the same slot it sits on the airplay chart this week) with sales now 544,000 strong. Tim McGraw’s “Truck Yeah” sits at #9 this week with 356,000 sold while rounding out the Top 10 this week is the recent airplay and digital single #1 “Come Over” from Kenny Chesney. He’s now moved 878,000 copies of the single. 

Risers Of The Week: Luke Bryan, Randy Rogers Band & Darius Rucker

Luke Bryan’s latest single “Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye” sits at #15 this week, up from #24 last week while Randy Rogers Band’s “One More Sad Song” and Darius Rucker’s “True Believers” debut at #18 and #25, resepctively with thier singles. Other notable risers this week include Colt Ford and Jake Owen’s “Back,” and Jerrod Niemann with “Shinin’ On Me,” a song which has sold over 156,000 singles thus far but had yet to crack the Top 30 of this chart. Thomas Rhett debuts this week at #69 with “Beer With Jesus” while his other song “Make Me Wanna” debuts at #77. Easton Corbin’s “Hearts Drawn In The Sand” debuts at #79 this week.
