Kenny Chesney’s “Come Over” Debuts in Top 5 of Top 30 Digital Country Singles This Week. Eric Church “Springsteen” #1 as well.

Eric Church once again leads the SoundScan Digital Country Single Charts this week with “Springsteen” once again finding 78,000 fans bringing EC 105k sales (or less than two weeks) away from another Platinum single. Right behind EC is labelmate Luke Bryan with “Drunk On You” which is roughly 66,000 copies away from its own Platinum certification. Kenny Chesney’s second single from Welcome To The Fishbowl, “Come Over,” debuts at #3 with 60,000 singles sold while Carrie Underwood’s “Good Girl” has moved 54,000 more. This week’s #1 single on the Mediabase and Billboard charts, Kip Moore’s “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck,” rounds out the Top 5.

Eli Young Band’s “Even If It Breaks Your Heart” lands in Top 10

Talyor Swift’s Hunger Games soundtrack song “Eyes Open is roughly 173,000 singles away from being her latest Platinum single and it is also the leader of this week’s #6-#10. The next two singles, Jason Aldean’s recent #1 hit “Fly Over States,” and Hunter Hayes #31 radio hit remain in the same slots as last week (Hayes has a 35:1 sales to airplay spin ratio). Eli Young Band breaks the Top 10 for maybe the first time with “Even If It Breaks Your Heart,” a song which has also broken the Top 10 at radio this week. They’re now 96,000 singles sales away from another certificaiton for their music, this time a Gold mark for the single. Rounding out the Top 10 is the recent radio chart-topper and ¾ million-seller “Over You” from Miranda Lambert.

5-1-5-0 somebody call the Po-Po. Dierks Bentley Leads Notables

Dierks Bentley’s fast-rising single on the radio charts (#17 in just 7 weeks) sits at #13 this week and now has sold nealry 100,000 singles. Gloriana’s “(Kissed You) Good Night” continues its ascent on the chart this week and has now sold 266,000. We expect the single to jump on next weeks chart as the Top 20 radio hit has been #1-#3 the past few days on the iTunes real time digital songs chart.  Taylor Swift’s “Mean” gained a 30 spot jump this week to bring the massive hit back into our chart at #16. She’s now sold 1.67 million copies of the single. Tim McGraw’s “Better Than I Used To Be” will pass the gold sales mark next week if it doesn’t fall off the sales cliff while Brantley Gilbert’s “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do” hits the mark this week with sales right at 500k.

Riser of the Week: Dustin Lynch “Cowboys And Angels”

Dustin Lynch’s single “Cowboys And Angels” jumps a few more spots this week with sales gaining 3,000 more over last week with totals for the Top 25 hit at 136,000. Josh Turner surpassed the 200,000 sales mark with the infectious “Time Is Love” while Love and Theft jump to #25 from #29 this week with “Angel Eyes.” Jason Aldean’s triple platinum “Dirt Road Anthem” single and Zac Brown Band’s latest hit “No Hurry” round out the Top 30 this week. Keith Urban’s “For You” is up 9 slots to 54 with sales just under 100,000 while Chris Young’s “Neon” is up from 74 to 56 this week with sales now at 46,000 for the title track to his latest album.

Some massive hit singles making noise this week include Luke Bryan’s “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” at #31, Lady Antebellum’s “Just A Kiss” at #36, The Band Perry’s “If I Die Youg” at #39, Jake Owen’s “Barefoot Blue Jean Night” at #39, Eric Church’s “Drink In My Hand” at #42, Lady Antebellum’s “Need You Now” at #43 and Zac Brown Band’s “Chicken Fried” at #44. Blake Shelton’s “Drink On It” (at #32 this week) braks the Gold single plateau with sales now at 512,000 while Craig Morgan’s “This Ole Boy” has now sold 215,000 copies. Chris Cagle’s also crossed the 200,000 mark with his #12 radio hit “Got My Country On” this week.

The only new singles to arrive on the chart this week are a pair of tracks (“Just Breathe” and “Roll Me Up and Smoke Me When I Die”) from Willie Nelson’s Heroes album for Legacy Recordings. One song not doing all that well on the digital charts in comparison to their radio success is The Farm’s “Home Sweet Home” with sales less than one song per radio spin, an unusual amount.

Notable singles selling for 69 cents on iTunes this week, “Home Sweet Home” from The Farm, “So You Don’t Have To Love Me Anymore” from Alan Jackson, Josh Thompson’s “Comin’ Around”, Kix Brooks’ “New To This Town” and Tyler Farr’s “Hot Mess.”
