Taylor Swift’s “Eyes Open” returns to #1 on the Top Country Singles after giving way to Eric Church’s Springsteen last week. Meanwhile, three Top 30 singles hit Gold while another hits Platinum

“Eyes Open” returns to #1 for its third (out of four) weeks thanks to nearly 100,000 more sold. Next week, the single will be Taylor Swift’s latest to cross the Gold (or better) sales mark. Luke Bryan’s Drunk On You runs past the Gold mark with sales now at 558,000 sold. Right behind him is Eric Church’s former #1 digital single “Springsteen,” a song which also is now Gold with sales of 505,000!. Carrie Underwood’s own Gold single, “Good Girl” is now at 638,000 sold while Lee Brice’s #1 hit “A Woman Like You” rounds out the Top 5 with sales now at 806,000 (he’ll hit Platinum within the next six weeks).

Top 10 includes Aldean, Kip Moore, Miranda and More!

The second half of the Top 10 includes Jason Aldean’s fast-approaching Gold single “Fly Over States,” Miranda Lambert’s Gold “Over You” and another new Gold single this week, Kip Moore’s “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck.” Two major duets round out the Top 10 this week with Taylor Swift and The Civil Wars now Platinum The Hunger Games single “Safe & Sound” and the buzzworthy single “Feel Like A Rock Star” from Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw, the lead single from Chesney’s upcoming Welcome To The Fishbowl album.

Rascal Flatts, Eli Young Band, Jake Owen lead notables

Rascal Flatts’ “Banjo” rises up the charts this week to #12, right behind #11 “Drink On It,” a song which is 99,000 single sales away (2-3 weeks) from hitting the Gold sales mark, meanwhile Eli Young Band’s “Even If It Breaks Your Heart,” has now sold a quarter of a million singles.  Lady Antebellum’s soon-to-be Gold “Dancin’ Away With My Heart” is worth mentioning as is the 1.7 million seller “Red Solo Cup” from Toby Keith.  Jake Owen’s “Alone With You” remains a digital single top-seller with nearly 700,000 sold.

The Risers of the Week are Hunter Hayes & Gloriana
With “Wanted” hitting the Top 40 of Billboard’s airplay charts this week, Hunter Hates is gaining sales traction this week with “Wanted” leaping 10 slots this week to break into The Top 30 singles for the first time. Right behind Hunter is Warner Music Nashville label mates Gloriana whose “(Kissed You) Good Night” sits right behind Hunter this week. MCA Nashville’s Josh Turner debuts in the Top 30 with “Time Is Love,” his latest radio airplay hit. Another notable single is Kellie Pickler’s old hit “Didn’t You Know How Much I Loved You,” as it rises from 600 singles sold to 17,000 singles sold. It has now sold 356,000 copies.

Jana Kramer Breaks Top 40, Lee Brice, Florida/Georga Line Debut!

With “Why Ya Wanna,” Jana Kramer breaks the Top 40 for the first time as she also surpassed the 100,000 sales line with the song as well. Toby Keith’s “Beers Ago” looks to be making great waves digitally as it runs up the charts. Meanwhile, Lee Brice’s “Parking Lot Party” debuts at #48, Dustin Lynch’s “Cowboy’s And Angels” rises to #50, Johnny Cash’s “Hurt” re-appears on the charts at #55, and Jerrod Niemann’s “Shinin’ On Me” debuts at #57. Kevin Costner & Modern West’s “The Angels Came Down” at 89 and Florida/Georgia Line’s “Cruise” round out the Top country singles debuts this week.

There aren’t many new and noteworthy singles to make high debuts this coming week but we’ll be sure to keep you covered with the Top 30 singles rundown. Have a great week!
