Jerrod Niemann To Release New Single 'Shinin' On Me'

With a string of successful radio hits like "Lover Lover" and "What Do You Want" from Judge Jerrod and the Hung Jury,  Jerrod Niemann is set to release new single "Shinin' On Me," the lead single from his sophomore album, this week. Read on to find out more.

The song, which he co-wrote with Rob Hatch, Lance Miller and Lee Brice, follows up the singles from critically acclaimed, 300,000 copies sold Judge Jerrod & The Hung Jury (one of our favorite albums from 2010) and the platinum #1 hit single “Lover, Lover” and gold-selling Top Five hit “What Do You Want” along with the Top 15 hit “One More Drinkin’ Song.” Jerrod and Dave Brainard are co-producing the as-yet-untitled sophomore album, like they did with Judge Jerrod.

“I am so excited to release "Shinin' On Me" as the first single from my second album,” shares Jerrod. “Not only does it represent some of the unconventional instrumentation on this record, it's also intended to just make you wanna roll down the window on a bad day and smile with someone ya love.”

Fans can catch Niemann live out on the road on Miranda Lambert’s “On Fire” tour. For a complete list of Jerrod’s upcoming tour dates, visit www.JerrodNiemannOfficial.com
