Blaine Larsen shifts To Stroudavarious Records

Last year Blaine Larsen, formerly with Giantslayer/BNA Records signed with Treehouse Records, a label run by his management company.  Earlier today the label announced it was merging all artists on Treehouse and DMP Records to Stroudavarious.

After scoring a few Top 40 hits with Sony's BNA Records, Blaine Larsen signed with new label Treehouse Records last year.  After getting the single inside the Top 40 of Country radio, the label has partnered with Stroudavarious Records, home to Houston County, LoCash Cowboys and Darryl Worley, to help get Larsen and label mates Rob Lane, Jason Mitchell and Andy Gibson up and on the charts.

The decision for the partnership is simple, as explained by James Stroud:"Our mission is to combine forces to include records, management and booking. I feel this is the new business model for our industry and with my partners Dale Morris and Clint Higham, we can’t lose.”

Treehouse released all radio promo staff from its roster in the move. Sony/Red distributes Stroudavarious Records recordings.
