Garth Brooks to Unretire with Las Vegas Show?

The Wynn Casino in Las Vegas is reportedly going to make a major announcement Thursday that will bring Garth Brooks out of retirement to become the biggest star to have his own headlining show in Las Vegas since Elvis passed away.  But will Garth's fans go to see him?

News leaked out Monday morning that the biggest selling solo artist of all time, country star Garth Brooks, was ready to announce that he's officially coming out of retirement for an exclusive series of concerts at the Wynn Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Brooks, who retired in 2001 and vowed to not tour or record much of anything until his youngest daughter had graduated from High School, now seems to be somewhat breaking that vow as he looks to provide Vegas with an attraction that is undoubtedly their biggest 'get' since the death of Elvis.

Garth has been known to keep ticket prices reasonable while on tour, something usually unfamiliar to  Las Vegas, so look for his show to be the most affordable one in Las Vegas, though it's still likely to be higher than anything he's ever done before.  Given the fact that Garth Brooks still sold out his dates in the LA and Kansas City areas the last few times he actually broke his 'retirement vow,' fans will likely make the Wynn Casino and Resort the place to be, whenever the shows start happening.

Garth will be good for Las Vegas, Garth will be good for country music and with these shows, he's likely to want to put out a new record too, something that will make fans want to go to Vegas to see one of the world's ultimate entertainers.
