I have just thrown in a few chords in the last two lines of the verses and
changed the key to as sung.
Note: You can use any of the diminished inversions/names e.g. Bbdim
(A#dim), Edim Gdim C#dim - remember, the dimished chord can have 4 names,
one for each note in the chord!! - so you have your choice.
I like to call it A#dim only because I hear the base-line rising on the 5th
string from the open A of 'glad' and 'worry' thru to C# on the 4th fret.

Short TAB for that base-line: |
A#dim
A A#dim E C#7 F#7 B7 E x o x

I'm A Member Of A Country Club

Verse

[E]I took a double take out on the interstate
When I [A]saw her makin' eyes at [E]me
So I followed her down - the clubhouse drive
Past the [F#7]pool on the 18th [B7]green
In the [E] parkin' lot - I said it's mighty hot
[A]Maybe I could buy you a [E]beer
She said I'm [A]glad you [A#dim]asked - but I'll [E]have to [C#7]pass
Cause only [F#7]members are a[B7]llowed in[E]here...and I said

Chorus

[E]Well I'm a member of a [A]country club
Country music is [E]what I love
I drive an old Ford [B7]pick-up truck
I do my drink-in from a [E]dixie cup
Yea I'm a bona-fide [A]dancin' fool
I shoot a mighty mean [E]game of pool
At any honky-tonk [B7]roadside pub
I'm a member of a [E]country club

[E]You look so invitin' - thought it might be excitin'
For a [A]woman with a limou[E]sine
To go bouncin around - in a beat up truck
With a [F#7]man - in wore out [B7]jeans
It's [E]five o'clock before Friday night
[A]Here's where the fun be[E]gins
So don't [A]worry 'bout your [A#dim]repu[E]tation[C#7]
Cause [F#7]you can tell [B7]all your [E]friends

Chorus x 2
