Oklahoma's Shawna Russell released Goddess in 2008 and while the record certainly showcased a woman on the rise, it wasn't totally on-par with the best that Nashville (major and indie) have to offer.  Does this follow-up fix that issue?

Oklahoma native Shawna Russell recently went to Nashville to record a few new tracks for her upcoming album.  One of those tracks has recently started making noise within the Country industry.  Here's a preview for ya and a link to where you can download it for free!

With her current single "Should've Been Born With Wheels" rising up the charts, Oklahoma's Shawna Russell has released "Goddess."  While it's rocking, the album has a lot of roots in country. Do these roots stand out?
